Thursday July 8th - Meet and Greet at hotel. Time - 6pm - 9pm

Friday July 9th - Get ready, Get ready!! Put your walking shoes on for a fun filled trip to NEW ORLEANS. We'll be traveling by bus. 

 DEPARTING TIME
Meet in front of hotel at 7:30am
Depart Promptly at 8:00am. Three and a half to four hours to New Orleans Riverfront. 

The Riverfront will be the drop off and return point

RETURN TIME
Return to drop off  at 5:00pm
Leaving at 6:00pm to return to Alexandria

Saturday July 10th - Picnic 10am till 3pm
                            Banquet 6:30pm till 10pm

Sunday July 11th: Church service 8am till 10am
